Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our air freshener products, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error with the order.

To start a return, please contact us at hcintltrade@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
